The Increto Chawan were made for Salon No. 2016 held at NES Creative loft in Tribeca New York. 

I threw the tea bowls with the wheel spinning the opposite direction from what I am accomplished in (which is something like writing with your left hand if you are right handed.) The outcome was surprisingly beautiful for me, philosophical, I was of course unable to obtain perfection but allowed my knowledge of clay to flow ­ My direct response, and in that the beauty of imperfection came through in each bowl
